Experience the largest annual multi sport event in Australia, the Australian University Games (AUG), and witness a friendly and competitive environment amongst Australian university athletes.
Since it began in 1993, the Australian University Games has offered a slew of sport activities that includes baseball, badminton, athletics, Australian rules football, cycling, basketball, beach volleyball, fencing, football, handball, futsal, golf, lawn bowls, hockey, judo, netball, kendo, sailing, softball, rugby union 7’s, swimming, table tennis, squash, tennis, tenpin bowling, twenty20 cricket, taekwondo, water polo, touch and volleyball.
This year, the AUG will take place at The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise Queensland from September 29 to October 4, 2013.
The event is a quick drive and walk from our Gold Coast Surfers Paradise Apartments.
